Hi there,

I think sometimes recovering can be quite scary. We can get used to feeling low and depressed that in a way, it becomes what we know and a bit like our comfort zones. We start to change and recover and it can be overwhelimg because we start to think differently and feel different emotions and I think its understandable that part of you wants to be in that dark place becasue like I said, its what you know.

But these new feelings will start to feel more positive. The happiness you will reach will be worth it in the end. And you do have so much to live for. Try setting yourself some goals and aim high because if you work hard and stay determind you'll be more than capable of achieving you full potential. I know this is hard but you can do this so keep on fighting.

I hope things go well for you.
Jessie
