Autobiographical Poem - September 3rd 2012, 10:51 PM

Feedback please:

scared to have this girl
nursery's repainted
going out for quesadillas and tea
the night that i arrived

baby girl
walking and talking
small as a doll
call me a genius
for sorting m+m's

precocious child
violin in hand
just six years old

worried child
trust gone
strength gone
courage gone

lonely child
internet and television
museums and playgrounds
are my new playmates

faraway girl
new green land
miles away
new places, old faces
that all look the same

new girl
making friends
with red pandas and anacondas
we were so different
then

high school girl
my friends melt away
leave me alone
the old hurts return

college woman, college woman
where are you going?
back to where you began
old places, new faces
is this your home?

Aw I really like this!! I love the imagery that I got from it! Great Job!!!!

~I was always scared of everything, even the carousel.~

~Don't worry about me. I'm sort of feeling fine, but by tomorrow, I'll be back on my feet again.~
