Hahaha, before I begin, to answer you second question, no perfume is not usually poisonous unless you have an allergy to it. LOL. Although some women take it a bit too far and they put on so much cologne that it nearly knocks you out, so I guess in that regard, yes it is a poison .

Hi, Lahra.

I remember replying to a post you had earlier, asking me to try and stop you and do you remember what I said? I said that because you are still alive today, there is a part of you that wants to stay alive and that knows how precious your life truly is. Even if it's just the minority, even if it's just 97% to 3% of you. You haven't given up hope yet because you're still alive today and I think that's really important.

I know you might feel like you are existing and not living but you are living. If you have passions, you are living and f you have friends and a family, you are living. There are so many things that you have in your life that mean living and not just existing. Remember what I said in that last post I sent you.

"Think about:
  • How people inspire you.
  • How you inspire people, even people you have ever even met yet, people who have not been born yet.
  • How people want to help you every single day and they want to protect you. I am a bit of a police enthusiast and I believe that they are there to help and protect you and they pride themselves in making you safe, they are not the only ones.
  • How people love you.
  • How old you are.
  • People will miss you and they will remember you.
  • Australia. I am a fellow Aussie, western suburbs of Sydney Represent and I know Australians have a heart for this. If I tell ANYONE that you have passed away, they will be DEVASTATED. People will miss you. As much as you want to oppose to that, it is true. I know you will miss the hunky Aussie blokes on Bondi Beach and the cricket matches and the NRL and all that Aussie stuff.
  • Demi Lovato and her story and her struggles and what she has been through, need I say more?
  • One DIRECTION! Need I say more?
  • Me. For me and for everyone else who desperately wants you to stay alive because we know how important your life is."
I've said this before and I'll say it again, you WILL get better. I encourage you to get councelling and medical assisstance when you need it because it takes strength which I know you have but it also takes help. You NEED the assisstance if you haven't already gotten it.

I know I'll miss you <3.

And what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey.”

Re: bye - September 2nd 2012, 01:34 PM

Hey there,

First of all I'm sorry things are so tough for you right now. I understand that feeling like you're not actually living can make this worse, and of course feeling alone will make it worse too, but Iwant you to know that it doesn't always have to feel like this. Your life right now will not be your life forever, and it can improve.

If you're tired of simply existing rather than living, why not change this? After all, you're in control of where your life ends up and what you do with it, so maybe you can do something to make you feel like you're not just existing. Try doing something a little different every now and then. Perhaps arrange to go away with some friends or some family and do some sports that you wouldn't usually do. Don't be afraid to go out and have fun with people. Being around people is a brilliant way of not feeling like you're wasting your time, and of course, may help with you feeling alone too.

I know you wanted people not to tell you you're not alone, so I wont. What I will say, though, is that if you feel alone, there are ways you can feel less like this. Try looking into doing some volunteer work, for example. I Was once told that participating in volunteer work is an absolutely fabulous way to meet friends who you can stay in contact with for a long, long time after the volunteering ends. As a result of this you'll find yourself with more of a reason to socialise rather than feel isolated, which ultimately will do you good. This will also give you a sense of pride, knowing that you are helping someone else who needs it, which may help you feel like you're actually living your life a bit better than you are currently.

If you'd rather not, perhaps look into joining some clubs. This way you can meet people with a similar interest to you and it will give you a stimulus for conversation and lead you to some new relationships. Surround yourself with people, is what I'm saying. The choice is yours. You can feel alone, and continue to do so, or feel alone and use this as your motivation to change how you feel. Talking from a personal perspective, I find that doing this is helpful. Also, by telling people you feel this way, they can help you to feel better, and perhaps you can consider this too.

I'm not sure why you're asking about the perfume, and I'm not sure about that, so perhaps leave that bit out of your mind for now and focus on what's important: you. Don't give up fighting this, you can do it and life can get better.

Take care,

❤ Nana ❤
