sudden depression need some advice - September 10th 2012, 11:04 PM

This past weekend its like ive been hit in the face with anxiety and sadness. I think i was trigged by a certain situation but idk! Im so stressed out i almost started crying in art history class ugh! I want to talk it out with my mom, but There are so many things bothering me that I dont know where to begin. Somethings I dont feel ready to say, some feel stupid, most hopeless.
I was thinking of making a list of things i need to say but im still unsure about that too since it seems dumb.
Any tips or words of advice?

Actually, making a list is a great idea.
You could either give it to your mum, or destroy it once you've written all the things down.
Have another list of good things too.

You can also try talking to a councillor, perhaps, to see if it helps.

I'm also very much available on PM if you want to just talk

Skittlify me up...

I know how you feel, unable to sort out your thoughts enough to make the words that illustrate to others what is going on. I agree with the post above, maybe write down EVERYTHING, and then rip it, step on it, burn it and then look at it and say 'you are not going to control me anymore, you're are not going to have a hold on me anymore', then go for a walk, or do something you enjoy.

Hope it helps,
