Hello my names amber. Ik it's hard to deal with depression and suicidal thoughts and actions. I've been there. I'm more then willing to help anyone with problems, no matter how big or small they are. Feel free to ask for my help. You can post here. everything you tell me, or we talk about will be kept confidential. (Unless needs professional attention)

Hi, Amber. I think it's really sweet that you wanna help people, shows you have a big heart. So I just wanted to offer a suggestion for you. If you wanted to help I think it'd be great to offer support to those who post in the Support forums by VM/PM-ing them and talking to them. Or post on their threads.

Remember to help others but make sure you take care of yourself. You're amazing, Stay Strong <3

Thanks. Yea I kinda realized that haha. Yea it was hard for me to do but I did it somehow so now I'm trying to help other so it'd doesn't get bad for them.
