Question A friend in need of help - May 2nd 2015, 08:07 AM

So as you may tell by the title, a good friend of mine is going through some tough times with depression. So basically she is getting bullied at school (has happened before) this time it's a rumour about her making a sex Tape with someone else in the school, is there anyone who would have advice for me to help her I'm quite confused on how to help her out. Sadly I am in Europe on holiday so I won't be arriving home anytime soon and it really worries me about her. Thanks for reading this!

You should talk to her, let her express her feelings about the whole situation to you. There's not alot you can do about school bullying, you could go to a school councilor, which is worth a try, but I know from experience the staff does little to help. But being there for her and someone she can turn to and talk to, sometimes thats all someone needs. Once you do that, you might find some ideas on where to go from here! good luck!
