Mitchel,

I am so sorry that you are going through this. I know it sucks to feel like this. I suggest that you try and find something that you are interested in and try and do those. I know it suck to feel suicidal but life does get better you just have to keep on going.

If you ever need to talk I am always here. You can PM/VM anytime.

Your Friend,
Frankie

Hi, Mitchell!

I'm sorry you're feeling this way.

Questioning why you are here can lead you down quite a rabbit hole, especially if you're feeling depressed. When you're depressed it is much harder to see your worth, and when you question why you're here while you aren't able to see your worth, it can lead you to thinking it is best to not be here but that's no answer whatsoever.

Can I ask why you feel like you've messed up your own life? Everyone makes mistakes but it doesn't mean it's too late to make the future better by learning from those mistakes, and applying those lessons to future decisions. I understand you feel like you're running into walls since you mentioned anything you do to make it better won't work, but sometimes time is the healer. As you grow older and have new experiences, you tend to find your own answers and heal from the things that you've done or what happened in the past. Trust that everything will be okay eventually.

The world can be quite negative. There's usually always bad things happening around the world and it can bring your spirit down. But the thing to remember is that for every bad thing, there's also something good happening. No matter how small. It could be something as simple as a parent and their child bonding and making up following an argument. Or a customer smiling at a cashier having a bad day at the end of their rope, and taking the time to ask them how they are - that could make a world of difference; a positive difference. So yes, there's a lot of bad things that happen but the good things, small or big, matter equally.

Your mentions of feeling like killing people concerns me a lot, but it shows you must have a lot of angry feelings inside. I want to make it loud and clear that hurting other people won't make any positive difference; not even a tiny bit. All it'll do is add to the negativity that's already in the world that is bringing you down in the first place. I know you're hurting inside, but hurting others is never the answer. So please don't go down that road, Mitchell. You're meant for a brighter future than that. I think you'll find that doing something nice for something else also does you good too. Knowing you made someone else's day brighter is a wonderful feeling.

Take care and hold on. Life is hard right now but it won't always be this hard. There'll be better days, okay? Stay strong.
