Hey there,

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling this way - I can assure you you're definitely not nothing! What is it that has you feeling this way? Is it a particular event that has happened or has it been building over time? A bit more detail would definitely help me give you some more detailed advice so please feel free to share a bit more if you feel comfortable doing so.

I find that being around positive and kind people can help me when I'm not feeling so great, so perhaps you could spend some time with your friends or family who make you feel happier. Go out and keep busy - maybe play some bowling or see a film! You don't have to open up to them unless you want to, but simply being around people who make you feel valued and loved can and will help you to remind yourself every now and then that you're worth so much more than you think.
