In a way your situation kinda feels like mine.. except that it's the loss of an important friendship that pushed me down this sad path. But I know that you'll find your way again one day. And if your friends tell you to go away then I don't know if they were ever friends at all.. Have faith... I hope that your best friend is okay.. because I lost mine. Because I lost her.. i could lose.... a lot of other things.

Have faith and kindness... you will beat this one day.

It's called a tunnel because there's ALWAYS a light at the end.

rant to me if there's anything!

As usual... pm me if you are ever having a tough day, and I'll respond immediately.

You guys deserve to be happy no matter what.. okay? You people are a bunch of lovelies ... and no matter what, you people deserve to be happy.

Hi Keagan,

I know a lot of us have probably felt the way you are currently feeling. I have felt this way for most of my life, so I know the feeling. I know a lot of people say this, and it's easier to say then to do, but you should start looking at the positives out of every situation. I once got in trouble at work, and it made me very sad at first, but then I realized that instead of looking at the fact that I got in trouble, I looked at how I can use this as a learning opportunity to avoid it happening in the future.

It seems silly to look at things that way, but it honestly helped me a lot. I had a friend flip out on me yesterday, and then we stopped talking today, yeah I'm hurt that he doesn't want to be friends anymore, but I'm also looking at the bright side that he can't hurt me anymore.

So, yes it's easier said then done, but I believe that it will help you and help you so you don't feel suicidal all of the time. I also recommend that you try and find things that make you happy. When I feel like this I tend to watch medical shows, funny movies, and reality shows. This helps my mind get distracted. I'm hoping this might help you a bit.

Feel Better!
