Exclamation Not enough - March 6th 2019, 07:52 PM

Hello, I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this right now and hope that you will be okay soon. Please try not to think like this. I know that when we are upset and hurting, going through something we do not always care. I'm not sure what you are going through right now, you do not want to trade places with other people who have passed away. You are good and you may not be able to see it right now because you are hurting so much, but you are. Your nice, kind and you think of others. Would you be able to talk to someone and let them know that you are having a hard time with this. Can you try talking to your family or friends or a counselor and let them in so that they are able to help you out. I know that when we are going through something and hurting so much it is hard to just open up to someone and just let them in. But when we are able to do this and just let one person in it can help us to feel a little bit better, because we are able to get what we are hurting out of us.

Also would you be able to do something to help pick you up, going for a walk around the house or putting on music or funny TV shows or reading or writing or calling someone for a while or getting a cup of coffee or tea or anything else that you enjoy doing to help you out until you are feeling a little bit better. I hope that you will be okay soon. Hugs.
