Hey there.
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve not been feeling very good at all lately. That must be really hard for you, especially without any support. It is understandable that you must be feeling pretty bad.

It’s good that you recognise that you’re feeling lonely and that is what is causing you to feel so low – because you recognise this, you can start to do something about it. It seems as though you’re looking for some sort of companionship, which would be a good thing for anyone to have. Do you have any close friends? If not, then maybe you could try to start socialising more, join a club where you live, or go to more events where you will have the opportunity to meet new people and hopefully find some new companions.

It also seems as though you’re struggling with your partner right now. It may seem like a silly question, but have you sat down with them and talked about your relationship and, in particular, your marital status? Even if you have already talked about it, I’d recommend that you do try and talk about it again as it seems to be quite a main source of stress for you right now. I would really like you to try and talk about your relationship together, whether you would like to be friends or partners is something that both of you have to sort out together but communication IS the key in any relationship.

Death is not the only way out of problems. Sometimes the best way out of a problem is through.
We’re always here for you.
