No insurance- how can I get therapy? -

Hi,
I am wondering how one can go about getting therapy when they have no health insurance. I'm not sure where to even begin searching. I don't have a whole lot of disposable income, either. I just know that I need help and I don't know what to do anymore... Any help will be appreciated.    |

some states have clincs that you can go to I would look into something like that...

Well, the county you are in should have a mental health clinic, and through aid, you should be able to find the help you need. But we're always here too
