Hey Jaymi,

I'm sorry to hear things have been so tough for you. How do you feel about the sectioning being lifted? Do you have a close friend you can talk to in more detail about how you are feeling? If you do, I would try doing that. They will know the best way to support you.

Could you try to work out a plan for the next week, decide what you will do whilst trying to keep yourself busy so you won't have as much time to dwell on what happened. Keep thinking that "I have got this far, it is March 2010 and I can get through this week". Take it one day at a time, don't rush into anything.

Here for you if you need me,
Take care.

Hey Jaymi,

First off, I missed you lots and I'm glad to hear you are alive. Sorry to hear you aren't doing so well though.I think what you need to do is tell people how you are feeling. They are more likely to help you if they know what's going on inside your head. It's okay to talk to people even though it can be pretty scary. Remember, they are there to help you so take advantage of it.

Anna did a great job explaining just take it one day at a time. Don't think too far in advance or you are likely to get overwhelmed. Try to keep your mind busy, draw, write, color, sing, dance, anything at all. Writing always works best for me because I can release everything I'm holding inside and just let go. Then I never look at it again so it's like everything has gone out of me. You just have to find the right thing that works for you. I'm always here if you need anything, I hope you know that.

Hang in there,

Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
If I can make it out, you can too.
