Angry i dunno ... - May 5th 2010, 02:54 PM

ok so i dunno what to do rite now but i am actuallyfeeling reli like pretty crap erm i posted a few weeks ago about anotherproblem but now thingsseem to begetting worse likei cantstop taking tabletsand just wanna take moreand morei feel sostressed out and angry cant seem to think of a point to anything rite now i am away from home have been for a few months now wantedto get on with my life and everything to be ok but cant do that either most nites i get reli pissed which is annoying eeryone not just me i ran in front of a car last nite and i justfeel like im spiralling out of control i dunno how to say this but i think i need help! just dont reli know how and i justfeel scared to get it again like i used to have it nothing seems to be going rite and feel there just nothing left anymore i duno what to do please sumone comment

Hi there Jade,

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling very good at the moment. It may be hard now, but you have to remember that you can get through this and it's important to remember hope.

I'm concerned that you say that you 'can't stop taking tablets' and that you ran infront of a car last night. You do not deserve to be hurt for feeling these emotions that you are suffering from Jade, but you do deserve help and support through this difficult time.

I am glad that you recognise that you need help and I would recommend that you do try and receive it. You can get help and support and most importantly, you need to keep yourself safe through this time. Could you talk to a medical professional about what you're feeling? They could really help you.

Have hope, Jade. You're not going to feel this bad forever and things can get better for you if you keep fighting.

Do you have any slight idea where your anger might be coming from or directed to. If not perhaps you can try and meditate and actually take in these thoughts, dissect them and reason out if there is a reason for this anger and if so what it is.
