Unhappy Feeling odd and empty - May 11th 2010, 09:42 PM

Ive been feeling nothing lately and then for half an hour i have like a burst of energy and then i just go comepletly numb again. I used SH in these situations but Ive given up on that now.
I'm pretty sure my depression has reached another peak at the moment. I just dont know how to deal with this emptiness, it feels like its eating me up. Has anyone else felt like this or have some advice on how to cope?

But when the night is falling
And you cannot find the light
If you feel your dream is dying
Hold tight
You've got the music in you
Don't let go
You've got the music in you
One dance left
This world is gonna pull through
Don't give up
You've got a reason to live
Can't forget you only get what you give

Hey hanna.

i understand that you are going through a lot. I hope my advice helps.. you deserve much better and you deserve to be happier.

Anytime you feel depressed or just have not much of an energy burst due to negative feelings, you can do some things that have some kind of positive value or give you happiness in order to cheer you up. Such things are like reading a touching book, or maybe like just resting or doing something calming, which you like. Another thing you have to remember is that it can always get better

i know that it seems hard for now. But please, do not forget that you can get through this. And remember that we're always going to be ready to support and listen.

caring always.

Those who have went through more pain than everyone else, and want to protect anyone and everyone they know and care for from that pain, are stronger than everyone.

we come, we help, we stick and never leave. pm me anytimeee!

I wish i knew the same thing... i hope only the best for you, and you sound like you've got the right attitude to make it through ( but you just need to remember that sometimes when you start to lose it) so i have faith in you
