Question I don't even know whats wrong with me - May 16th 2010, 07:09 AM

Some days, I'll just feel really depressed and out of it for no reason. Just depressed because i am depressed, and other days, I'm your happy go lucky blonde girl... Is there something wrong with me? Is this depression?:confu sed2:

Hi there Bex,

I am glad that you've come here and asked us for help. That's very brave and courageous of you. You should be proud of yourself for reaching out. You have done the right thing.
It is absolutely 'normal' to have days when you're feeling upset and some when you're happy - everyone has days when they're not feeling their best. Especially when you're going through adolescence, mood swings aren't uncommon.
However, if you feel as though there is something 'wrong' with you or that you could have depression, then please try to talk to someone about how you are feeling. We can't diagnose you with depression, but a medical professional can. They will also be able to give you the help that you deserve.

Take care.
