Hey there,

Are there councilors at your school? There should be. Maybe try booking an appointment with one? You could also tell a teacher or another adult.

Also, I know you may not know them as well as you'd like, but some people mean good. If you feel comfortable telling one of your friends about what you're going through, then I suggest you do that and try to got some insight from someone your age. If you can't, that's perfectly understandable too.

You know that what you did the other night was really bad, and can affect your body in so many negative ways. All I can do is tell you to stop as I can only do so much from TH.

Please don't harm yourself, I promise things will get better. Get better soon!
