I'm lost - May 27th 2011, 01:04 AM

I don't know who I am anymore.

I've been struggling... for quite a long time. Alone. but it's not you're fault, it's mine. I'm just too shutdown. It feels like i'm past the point of repair. I've held on for so long when I didn't know why, only because it was the only thing to do. All I feel now is numb. nothing.

Life used to be full to me, but I hated myself too much to explore it. Now I just don't care.

Why??

I no longer hate myself... I don't love myself... I feel nothing.
I'm indecisive, I never know what I want and I change my mind too easily.

=\ i'm talking rubbish, i'm going to stop, I barely have the energy to type this anyways. I just... don't care, it's been too long, i'm surrounded by people and feel like the lonliest person in the world.

Im looking at death with no emotion ...

I'm sorry if it's all nonsense, I actually used to be good at this but i just cant.

I dont know sums it up

Hey Curt,

I'm sorry you feel such a lack of emotion right now. I understand this, and I want you to know you're certainly not alone. You deffinetly can get better too. It's never too late to try and help yourself, remember that. Perhaps try talking to a doctor or something, maybe reach out to a family member or friend. It may seem hard to do that, but once it's done it will feel a lot better, and you'll feel less alone.

Remember you can PM me at anytime, or use LiveHelp or HelpLINK too. Hang on in there, you can do this!

Take care,
Hollie.

I understand what you mean..

I think that it would be a good idea to reach out to someone, or find someone to tell everything to. I found someone like that and it helped me get over the numbness that I felt all the time.

If you ever need someone to talk to you can PM me.
