Unhappy FML!:/ - July 22nd 2011, 04:58 PM

okayy so i just cuttt!!! i dont know what to think or do??? ive barely eaten for 3 days i cry myself to sleeP! i cry in my sleep and im really struggling with simple things! ive smoked 2 packs i 4days and im going maaad!! i just want somebody to talk to, to help me whats wrong with me? why wont anyone help cant they see im hurting? my life sucks soo much i should just end it right going for another smoke i feel a bit better now actually but its really cold here!! thanks for reading i guess bye!

When your depressed like you seem to be (not a medical opinion as we are not professionals here) you feel like everyone is against you, not wanting to help you. But in reality, they do want to help you. Reach out to a trusted doctor, counsler, teacher, friend or family member and let them know how you are feeling. Let them get you the help you need to feel better. PM me if u ever need anything or just want someone to talk to. Much love and luck. <3

Hey there,
Sounds like you're having a really rough time. Sometimes even when you think people should be able to know you are hurting, you may be hiding it really well. All you have to do is reach out to them. I know it's not all that easy but that doesn't mean you can't do it. Find a close friend, relative, parent, counselor, etc. You'd be surprised how much just flows out of you when you find the right person to talk to. Sounds like you are coping the wrong way. Try healthier coping skills. It's not going to be easy to give up your old ones but first try just adding more. Write in a journal, draw, sing, listen to music, find something that takes your mind away from the situation. Coping skills are for spur of the moment to keep yourself safe. At the end of the day though, there are professionals there to find the root of the problem. You can get through this. You won't always feel like this. Keep your head up and message me if you need anything.

this is kinda where i am... and i must say, it helped me SO much that you posted this. i dont feel alone anymore. i know that theres at least one person out there who knows what im going through, except i cut regularly and instead of smoking i drink. but thanks SO much for posting this it really means a lot even though i dont know you and you dont know me.
