i'm depress and I never told anyone in my family about it -

I get sad a lot and sometimes, I don't even know what I am sad for. All I know is that I cry alone all the time. I never told anyone about it because I always thought that I could handle it alone. Now, I just feel like shutting myself from the world. I'm a mess, my elements are falling out and I don't think I could still handle it by myself.

Hey there! If your looking for a friend to listin you came to the right place. I really do know how this feels I have been there before (as have alot of other people here) Tell your friends and family how you feel. You have already taken the first step and told SOMEONE you are feeling this way. So you are already on your way.
Please dont hesitate to PM or IM me (or anyone else here) if you feel you need someone to talk to. We are here to help and lend an ear. Things do get better in time. I used to believe that things would never get better. But after many long years things are looking up! So don't ever give up! Stay strong and move on! Things WILL get better! you may not want to bother anyone in your family or hurt them but you need to take care of yourself for once start takling

Ooh this is exactly how I would describe myself. I've been really depressed and thought about walking into a busy street... Like you I haven't told anyone and I'm not planning to. I know I'll get through it so I'm trying to focus on the good things in my life and not dwell on the bad. But you should tell your family...
