I just... I attempted suicide earlier this morning, in the bathroom.
I had the belt around my neck. I could've done it if I'd just ignored the thoughts of "I can't do this." I... came so close to ending my life. I had the blood vessels cut off, I had my trachea constricted... But I couldn't do it. It's scares the shit out of my just to think about it. And it scares me more that I'll have to tell my mom sometime. I mean, who knows when I'll do this again?!?!?!?!  |

Hey,
That's a scary thing to go through. but it's great you accept the fact you have to tell someone. A lot of people try and tell themselves they don't have to, things will be fine. But trust me, it's much much better to let someone know. I know it's daunting to thing about, but you can do it. (: If you can't bring yourself to just sit down with her and tell her, you can write her a note or a letter. Get out of the house, go to a friends house after you give it to her so you don't have to see her reaction (please only do this if you assure her you're ok, just too afraid to be there when she reads it, so you don't frighten her too much). I know you can get through this, and things will get better for you. (: just keep your chin up. Feel free to PM/VM/Add me, I'm always willing to talk and try to help.
