Hey hun,

I know how you feel. I've been down that road many times in my life, but you know what. People do care about you, I am 1 of them. Things will get better if you just hold on and ride the wave. If you ever need to talk I'm here.

Hi there.

I'm sorry that you're feeling this way at the moment. It sounds like things are hard for you.

You're never alone. I am assuming that talking to people helps you from what you have said. People are there for you but you have to reach out to them and ask them for help and be honest because they can't help you if they don't know what is going on for you. If you're open with them about things then they're going to be able to help you in a way which you will benefit from. I'm not saying that you go and talk to someone and tell them everything at once, you can take it at your pace but try and work towards it so you can the best help you deserve.

I know it's hard right now but you can do this. You are stronger than this and suicide isn't the way out. Try and think that suicide isn't even an option. Keep fighting it and don't give up because you'll get through this if you stick at it. We're always here for you too, so feel free to use us!

Take good care,
Jessie.

PS. To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.
