Hi there.

I'm really sorry things are rough for you right now. I know they haven't been goof for a while and I'm sorry then don't seem to have picked up a little.

What's the point? Maybe try looking at this list of reasons to live. It's completely understandable that it's sometimes hard to find a reason to live and keep on fighting this when you feel really low but you need to keep reminding yourself of the good things in life and what you do have to live for in both the short term and the long term. Perhaps look at that list and then make your own list. You can use some off there but you can use your own ideas too. I try to remind myself of things to live for when I feel really low and I come up with things like my mum and sister, to go to university, to help others in life, to have a family etc, to write a book and to see the world. Just things like that. But when things are really hard, it's often good to look at the near future things too like maybe meeting a friend in a few days time, going to the cinema, having a bubble bath in the evening, reading a good book etc. All the little things you enjoy in life.

I don't as such know what;s causing you to feel this way or whether you even have a trigger for this but we're here for you if you want/need to talk to anyone and I feel confident in saying we'll try our best to support you in any way we can.

Keep fighting this, you've got it.

The point is living life the best you can. There are so many things to live for. Look at the link Jessie gave you. Even the littlest things on earth could be the reason some stays alive. Like say the smell of rain, or sleeping in etc.
People do care, i promise you. I normally wouldn't promise but i know people do because I care. A lot of other people on TH care.
If you ever need support or advice you can PM me. <3
Stay strong, you can do this.

From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die
