Working out and depression -

Does anyone else find that working out on a schedule helps with their depression? The new year allows us to make resolutions and mine has been to go to the gym at least 20 minutes a day, 2 times a week. Starting slow, but keeping my minimum baseline and it seems to help with my symptoms. Hope everyone is doing well!

It definitely helps with mine, especially when I am able to go to an activity like Zumba. Plus I can watch my shows on the treadmill!

Yes! I used to work out and need to get back into it. I found that I felt I had more energy and felt better about myself when I worked out and sluggish when I didn't work out. Exercise can release endorphins which are a natural way to boost our mood and is often recommended for help with depression

work out is an opposite side of depression. It is simple, your body processes are limited per day. So, if you spend more time on work out, right diet, sleep and so on, your organism simple will have no time for depression. All time will go for muscle grow.
