HELP! :(Don't know if i should keep new dog???!

To keep it short,my boyfriends dogs had puppies.My boyfriend passed away and i thought taking one of the puppies would make me some what happy and my boyfriend always said he wanted me to have one but i knew i wasn't ready.But i love the dog hes good most of the time,he is only 6 months and hes a papillon.

The reason idk if i should keep him is because i'm depressed,i live in a not so great house hold with my family we argue a lot.I need to find a job,get a car and i might be joining the military and i don't know if my family will be okay with me leaving him here.If i leave and i just don't know if i'm gonna commit to him like i would want to.I know if i lived on my own i'd keep him no doubt but i don't and don't have any money to get my own place,i was with my bf but then he passed so i have nothing :/ his family said they'd take the dog back but i'd have to let them know this week.

And i'm stuck,i want to keep the dog for my boyfriend but at the same time i'm not in a good place but i dont wanna regret it later on.

I'm really sorry to hear about your boyfriend.
If it were me, I would give the dog back. The reason being is, you have a lot of things you need to do.
You might be joining the military, and your environment is unstable. It wouldn't be fair to the dog, you know? There are other ways to grieve the loss of your boyfriend. <3

True but i know i'll be heartbroken if i give him up,but at the same time i might be if i keep him.Ugh i wish i didn't take him in the first place,i wasn't thinking right at all.
