Hi! I know exactly how you feel, I have been self harming for a very long time. My first bit of advice is to stop before it gets very bad. I know what it is like to be addicted to self harm and it is a very hard thing to deal with. But I also know how hard it is to stop, no matter how many times a person has done it. The ways ive found that work may sound ridiculous but they help! I do something artistic, my therapist taught me this coping mechanism. It is very useful because a lot of times when I self harm I don't understand why I am doing it, or what im feeling, so drawing or painting my feelings works a ton! Another way I cope is to exercise, it helps divert the energy you would normally use to self harm. But try different things, everyone has certain things that help them. Message me if you want to talk id love to help you out.

Everything was beautiful and nothing hurt.

Always? Always.

Hey there, I started out the same way actually. Starting out with tiny things and now I'm addicted to self harming. I agree with the above post that you should stop. I'm going to say quit while you're ahead. Before you get sucked up into the whole thing find something you love doing, doesn't matter what it is, and when temptation strikes so the thing you love to take your mind off it.

Hope this helps,
Jay.

Hi there!
I know how that feels Just recently I've started doing the same. I do want to tell you thought that, like the comments above, it's better to stop now, before it's gets any worse. Have you tried talking to someone? I found that it helps letting it out and not keeping inside. It may not seem like it will at the time, but trust me, it does If you need to talk I would love to listen!!! Just Pm me.

I know how you feel but try to fight it or else you'll end up carrying scars for the rest of your life..and those scars don't fade! :/
