Recently I was SH free for about two weeks, mainly due to not having access to my favorite blade (which was probably tossed by now). I moved, so I have a new high school. I tend to panic when I get too lonely, and I haven't made more than 3 friends. So, like I said, I started to panic one morning, and found my cosplay scissors and used that. I also did it because no one I know except for about 5 people are accepting me for who I am. One of my cousins who I used to be almost best friends or something, he hates me now, and won't call me a guy or by my new name. I've been relapsing all week, and I have my LGBTQ club meeting tomorrow night, so that'll help. I is sorry for be a ranty butt.

It's okay, ranting is good! We're all here to help you

I'm sorry to hear that you relapsed. Just remember that everyone relapses and it is okay; it means you're human. Going two weeks SH free is great, though! As for people not accepting you, that is their problem. People will be people and that is unfortunately ignorant sometimes. The people who aren't accepting you are missing out on a great person that you are.

Ranting is absolutely fine, so go ahead and do it as much as you want

You mentioned feeling a sense of panic over feeling too lonely and I'm sorry about that. But you also have a clear idea that attending your meeting will help you feel better. I'm glad you're going there for more contact.

Remember always that contact with other people has a fantastic effect on our mood. So this ex-best friend has stopped being friendly - how do you feel about letting another person grow into the role of your best friend?

Look after you.
