so i think i can do it. i've already gone 1 week without cutting or self-harm. i may have gone through a few urges of wanting to slice my arm open wirth a razor, but i haven't done. i'm so proud of myself.
 And i've locked my razors in the garage in an old toolbox. so yeah i think this time i can it.

Hey Alex!
It's wonderful that you've made the decision to stop self harming, that's a really great idea and step forward! One week is a long time when you're trying to give something up and it's good that you've managed to resist any urges that you may have had during that time - keep it up! I'd also like to recommend the Self Harm Free sticky which is [here] - by posting there, you could keep us up to date on how you're doing, receive encouragement and give encouragement to others, too!
