i cut after three months and im pissed off at my self i cant stand me but all that does is make me wanna cutt more

Don't see it as a relapse or failure. It's a slip-up. Don't worry, they happen to most people. Just pick yourself up and try again.

Three months is amazing, and you should be so proud of that. This doesn't mean your recovery's over. Think of it as a bump in the road, if you like.

You could try the Alternatives if you feel like hurting yourself.

And remember, you can get past this.
