Stay strong and keep going clean.

Don't destroy yourself.. You dont deserve that. Think of how proud you should be of yourself for staying clean. You've been doing great and I have faith in you that you can continue. Talk to a close friend of family member who you trust. They can always offer much support.

If you need to talk to someone about it, or just wanna talk. Im here! pm me, I understand what you are going through.

I understand where you're coming from, thinking of all the good aspects of cutting. I have this problem, too. Sometimes it can be hard to see in the bad in something we've used to help us cope for so long. Hopefully I'll be reminding myself as well as you of the all the negative things.
  • Scars
  • Making up excuses when people see my marks. I hate having to lie.
  • It hurts!
  • Not being able to wear long sleeves, shorts, bathing suits, etc.
  • Makes me feel out of control and isolated in the long-run
  • Prevents me from living a normal, happy life
Those are my main reasons for not cutting.

everyone has their ups and downs, just do your best to resist the urge. Try to take it one day at a time and don't look at how far in the future you have to go. If you get beyond this rough patch you will gain confidence and know you're stronger because of it.
