Hey there. I'm sorry you're feeling that way.
Can I ask what alternatives you've tried? Not all of them will work, but there should be some that will. Do you know what triggered you? |

i've tried alot of them. most of the ones on this site and some others as well. simple distractions never work. ice and that stuff just makes it worse. i HATE to be alone. and i feel like i'm alone alot here. and that triggers more often than anything. my friend gave up on trying to help me. so im really in this alone. the past triggers me sometimes too. the only way ive found to fight is really intense workout. and thats not always an option. and i dont know what else i can do

Sometimes it can take a number of times before the distractions help but you should still stick at them. You are not alone at all. There is always someone here who cares and wants to help. I know it isn't the same as having someone there in real time but just remember if you ever need someone to listen then I am always here for you
I am not sure why your friend gave up on you but perhaps she just needs some space at the moment but does still want to be your friend. Give her time and she may come back to you. Have you thought about getting a dance dvd or aerobics one or even yoga is meant to be good to calm you down?? That way you can do that at home when you are having urges. It might be something to try. Stay strong.
