Close to starting SH again :( -

I started cutting myself over this girl a few weeks back. I told her last Saturday, and she was really understanding - she asked me to stop cutting, so I did. She's even started sending me daily texts to remin me to stay strong. I've resisted the urge for 4 days now, thanks to her.
Even though I no longer want to SH over her, I still want to bleed. I don't even know why, I just want to feel that slitting sensation once more. She's the only thing standing between me and starting SH again - I want to bleed, but I also want to remain loyal to her... She's very, very important to me, even if we aren't seeing each other... Help me?

Hey there. I'm sorry to hear your struggle with SH. I can totally relate to it. You're not alone. I promise
 hm.. This is an idea that has helped me, a LOT. Flick a rubber band on your wrist. it gives you a similar sensation. Also drawing on y ourself helps. not hard, just like taking a marker or pen and doodling on your arm. you could draw cuts, or somthing else. It doesnt matter.SH is not the way to go, and i know its a struggle. trust me. I struggle with it aswell. But you CAN overcome it. Also, to help stop the SH, you need to figure out what causes the urge to SH. Things in your past that youve pushed to the back of your head? past or recent trauma? Or are you unsure why? I guess the main reason for the SHing is actually the girl - she says she considers me as a friend, but I want to be so much more...and I don't feel that I'll ever get anywhere with her.
