Unhappy I burnt my hand a little by touching a hot curling iron - September 9th 2010, 04:07 AM

It's a little sore an red no blisters or anything major

it just looks red an sore


I just did a small part not a big part of my hand

i did want advice on how to deal with the after effects of self harm and how to deal with the guilt that i self harmed

i felt guilty an etc so i cut to rid of those feelings it only were scratches and it did not bleed and small cuts

and that added to the impulse
but im safe an cuts an burn are healing just fine
