Tell someone. SH is bad for you, and the sooner you tell someone the better it will be for you overall. If you're having urges as badly as I believe you are, maybe you should try some alternatives. http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f12-s...ves-self-harm/ Try that link, and see what works for you.

Stay strong, you can do it.
I agree. Telling someone will help you move forward to feeling better.

Tell somebody, for sure, but ALSO... I suggest seeing a therapist. I'm not going to assume you're mentally ill or anything, but rather, a teenager struggling. Growing up is hard, this time frame is hard, the hormones are going wild, and it's a struggle.
A therapist would be the ideal person to talk to in this situation because it doesn't make you "crazy". Many "normal" people go to therapists too because really, life can be hard some times. Having somebody to talk to, somebody to listen, and that same person to help you come up with coping mechanisms (or other constructive solutions) could prove VERY beneficial.
