The razor won't work so I picked up the shears Scratching and cutting out all my fears The places you'll never see cry out crimson tears The words I spoke were broken promises Carved 'screw-up' deep into my skin Before that it was 'ugly' and 'stupid' I promise this won't turn into an addiction The words I spoke were broken promises "If by some slim chance I'd continue living" He said, almost to the point of crying "I would never get over it" He's not lying Let me live how I wanna live! You don't understand and you never will! Jack Daniels, razors, shears, and pills The razor won't work so I picked up the shears Carving the words that fill my fears The places you'll never see cry out crimson tears I said I wouldn't do it again. This is very expressive and relateable. Most people don't understand that telling someone if they cut themselves that they would do it too doesn't work. We are dealing with an addiction, it's not something that you can just stop. When people say that it only makes us want to hide the self-harm more. If you ever need someone to talk to my PM box is always open.

This is gonna sound strange, I know, but I don't have a problem with self harm. It's the third time I've done this in like two months. They're not cuts; they're little scratches. However, the person I mention in this story is real, all the quotes are real, and he does have somewhat of a problem with self harm. It sounds strange, but I did promise I wasn't gonna do it again and I am pissed at myself that I did...

Well then that's good that you don't have a problem with SH, however if you continue down this road you may very well end up with an addiction. I'm not lecturing you, I just saying be careful.
