Good for you, that you've decided not to cut!! Well done!
I usually use bio oil. I'm not sure if it really helps the scars to fade completely, but it definately helps relieve the pain. (Which probably means they're healing and therefore fading!)

Well done for not cutting for 2 months! I'm proud of you.

I have used bio-oil previously and it works quite well.

I have not used bio oil but I've used mederma and it worked to fade the scars and reduce itchiness. I just wish I could find something that would erase the scars

I have heard mixed things about bio-oil, myself, I use a vitamin E oil and I exfoliate the scars everyday. I also put lemon juice on them when I can. The effects: Some fading but still seeable pink scars.

I haven't used either, but my therapist suggested bio-oil a while back... so I'd give that a go <3

I used mederma and it worked out pretty well but I would be open to tying bio oil too.
Congrats on making it two months (:

I've never used or seen mederma. I've been using bio-oil on and off for about two years and I think there's been a differnece, although it's been too gradual for me really to notice. I think it has made my scars fade a little though. I've also rubbed Vitamin E oil on them which helped. Congratulations on leaving cutting behind, I'm really proud of you (: x
