Hey there,

If it a class that you have to take i would suggest looking at what specifically in that class triggers you. Then you can find a way of sorting this, whether it would be avoiding that specific thing, or talking to the teacher and explaining that you find what ever it is uncomfortable. If it a class that you have to take you may find that you won't be able to avoid the trigger, so this is where it would be a good idea to look at the alternatives that will distract you from the urges. Obviously while you are in class there are certain things you can't do such as running or shouting, but things such as drawing or scribbling on paper may be a good suggestion.

If you ever want to talk, feel free to PM me,
Take care,
Charli

Exactly what Charli said. Unfortunately life doesn't form to our triggers.

Any luck on finding out what causes it? That way we can all help find a solution!
