Can Biting cause problems in the future? -

Im sorry to post this but I was just wondering
can biting your arm hard and causing bruises cause problems over time? because instead of cutting, because I'm frightened to do so, I started biting my arm and i would get these big bruises and I then got scared, wondering if it could cause a big problem in the future this is a problem i have had for a long time, and I know I need to stop but I cant.. v_v; again, im sorry to post this, in case this is the wrong kind of message to post |

It could, it's possible that in time it may lead to other things and develop into a big problem. It may seem small now but I would try to find other ways to control your emotions like writing, exercising, etc.
