I Need Help! -

So . . I was going on 3 weeks without SH. Now, I'm back down to 10 hours. I made a promise to a friend that I wasn't going to do this anymore, but I broke that. If that friend is reading this, I'm really sorry!
 Anyways, my new goal is to make it to a month without SH. But, I'm too weak to do it on my own. I need a lot of support, please? That's really all I'm asking for in this. Love and support to help me through all of this. Thanks . .

 As for your friend...they need to understand this is very hard and basically an addiction. Some people might say "I'm going to quit" and do it, while others struggle with some slip ups but eventually manage to stop. That's not to say it's okay to SH. It's not and you should avoid it if possible. But if it happens on occasion, it happens. You move on. So you have gray hair and you're only 26
that's just another reason I love you...    |

It's not that I made a promise that I wasn't going to do it. I made a promise that I was going to call/text her if I felt the urge to, and she would try to help bring my mind back to a healthy place. |

I don't know if you wanted to keep the friend (me) a secret or not but I have to reply to this. I love you Sammi. Don't worry about breaking the promise. Promises are nothing compared to support and friendship. I know it's hard, I know. I just hope you realize that I'M HERE and you can always text/call me despite time differences (I may be a little groggy from answering a phone call that late but I'll still listen!). You are NOT weak. You can do this. I thought I was weak too but look! 6 weeks 4 days! You can catch up to me.
 Hehe. Don't worry sweets. I got your back and I always will. Even if we're on opposite sides of the country. I'm your friend. You're my friend. That's all that matters. You CAN overcome SH even if it's hard. You ARE strong. Lovelovelove you.
