Hi There!
I'm sorry that happened to you. But look at it this way you made a mistake and in life you are going to make mistakes no one is perfect the important thing is learning from your mistakes and trying to fix them. For example drink in moderation you have to know when to stop. So this does not happen again and if you drive you should always bring extra money along with you so if you are drunk your can call a taxi or something. Please Don't Hurt Yourself! Life is a learning experience! You are going to make mistakes in your life and its normal... No ones perfect! Feel free to PM me if you need to talk! Take Care, Blaine G. -BlaineG.

I agree with what's been said.. you feel like you've done wrong (so many people do this in life though, it doesn't mean it was wrong, it's just what happens, it was just an experience), so learn from it. Know your limits... it's OK to drink and enjoy yourself, but if you feel it might lead to a situation that makes you unhappy again, try to limit yourself. Maybe take a limited amount of money out with you, or book a taxi for a certain time, that sort of thing. And if you've gone through SH before, think about how you stopped then, how proud of yourself you were, what you displaced the feelings with.. and try that again.
Take care x Things, no matter how bad, will always get better. So smile, 'cause this is life, and life is what you make it.

Regardless of what people are saying and what you think, you're not a whore, at all. You went to a party, you drank too much and made a drunken mistake, everyone has most likely done that at some point in their life and the best thing to do is just forget about it and move on. I know that can be hard but you need to tell yourself that you weren't in the right frame of mind at that time so you weren't thinking clearly when you did it and in the future, you'll know what your limits are so you don't drink that much again.
You've been clean since summer which is a massive achievement and you should be proud of that, you don't need to go and change that over a mistake that you made because we're only human, we all make mistakes and the best way to deal with our mistakes to forget them and move on. I'm here if you need anyone to talk to x |
