A friend of mine's friend. - March 9th 2012, 07:49 PM

So the other day a friend of mine told me her friend self-harms. I only know the girl's first name. Should I say something to someone? I think my fried told me that that girl has done things like hurt other kids and they way she talked about it made it seem like she was trying to imply that it was mental health-related and that that's why she hasn't been suspended or anything. Also, she has described her friend's family as being "crazy," and I think she said something about the people who run the school know about her family and that's why this girl hasn't been suspended or anything. So if the school knows that the girl has some problems, would they already know about her SH? Should I bring it up with someone?

By the way, Ive had similar incidents occur a few other times, only then I was too young to think to do anything about it.
