You really should talk to someone, I know that it seems hard, but that will help. You could talk to a very close friend, a parent, teacher or a professional or another person you trust.
If you ever want to talk, feel free to PM me

Hey there

Right now, I'd suggest concentrating more on the underlying issues. Self Harm is just a response to these issues. To completely overcome it, you first need to resolve them. You can try writing down your feelings. That can help you clear your head. Writing down things gives us a perspective and helps us to see things more clearly as they are not just thousands of thoughts jumping in your head anymore.

Also talking to someone, a counselor, a trusted adult, teacher, anyone you're comfortable talking to, would be a good idea. Whatever you are going through, you don't have go through it alone. There are people who can and would love to help you out through this. Check out this list to see who can help you.

Till then, keep using the alternatives. Every alternative may not work for you. But don't be disheartened. Something or the other will work for you. Just keep trying till you find the one that helps you.

Please feel free to PM/VM me if you want to talk.
Take care and stay strong
