Ive promised her I wont, but I feel so down and so alone, and the cravings for alcohol are the worst they have been for aages, its been almost 2 weeks without a drink though

Anything... Any incentive to stop me from going round the corner and satisfying these cravingss?

Drink soda or coffee. Helps loads and tastes way better. Go out with sober friends, get hyper without being drunk and have some fun. And think of why you're doing it and how much that matters to you. Good luck

I went through about 10 cans of cola last night... I kept myself busy but itll happen again tonight, doo not like it =/

I didnt even think itd be... hard to stop drinking :s
