looking in the mirror - December 18th 2009, 06:23 PM

I'm addicted to looking in the mirror... I'm breaking my addiction but sometimes it gets really hard.
I used to look in the mirror hundreds of times a day to make sure i still look the same as before... i would go look for them...
and it sucks...
i don't do it nearly as much a before which is good...
just wanted to say it.

Hey Stephanie,
You are definately not alone. There are millions of people out there that struggle with the same thing. Try and get rid of all the hand held mirrors you have. That way you have less chances to look at yourself. It's not at all a bad thing but it does upset people sometimes. Just realize that you are pretty no matter what and don't need to look at yourself to prove it.
Sometimes letting things out helps!

Getting rid of the mirrors may be a good idea.
That way your not always looking in one.
Like Alessa said it's not all a bad thing.

Good luck <3
