Tea can be addictive. that amount every day can't really be good for you :/ you could start by maybe switching to decaffeinated tea?? My mum was told a few years ago she should cut down a little on her tea drinking and she's found that drinking decaf has helped a lot, because it's mostly the caffeine that gets you addicted.

If you drink tea like water or juice (every time you want something to drink). try to only drink a glass or two at dinner?

I have an addiction to herbal tea which doesn't contain caffeine, though that might not be your cup of tea

Life is a waterfall,
we're one in the river,
and one again after the fall.
We drink from the river,
then we turn around and put up our walls.
When you lose small mind,
you free your life.
When you free your eyes,
eternal prize.
