Does anyone else have to stop the microwave on 1 second every time? If the thing beeps I seriously feel like knocking someones head off... I'm not sure why. My boyfriend makes fun of me but stops it for me now cuz he knows it makes me crazy lol...

I've never really thought about it, but now that you bring it up, i have always stopped the microwave before it beeps lol. I think most everyone in my family does that, though so I probably picked it up from them.

I do stop it before it deeps because I hate that sound, I never really thought it was weird or anything.

Yay, I'm not the only one! Everybody thinks I'm crazy for it. Some of them even speed up the timer so it beeps before I can get to it... Needless to say, they're the ones I hit lol.

I usually just let it beep (which doesn't really bother me), but if I'm the only one up, then I'll usually stop it before that.

Yeh I always open it before it beeps.
Mine is just way too loud, and it beeps three times in a row. So it's like beep BEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP  Just very pointless.

I do it, i never thought of it befor. ill walk away counting in my head, then see how much i can do and get back befor it beeps. idk, i play games with everything lol. plus the beeping makes me wana kick kittens.

i stop it when theres 5 seconds left, or a mutiple of 5 such as 10, 15, ext... not only can i not stand the beeping, but i cant stand to stop it on any other numbers sept mutiples of five.

lol sometimes i leave it and my microwave beeps every 10 minutes if u dont get it right away but i try to stop it the sound does really piss me off lol

I stop it before the beep.
I also stop my alarm before it goes off, I always wake up naturally a few minutes before it is set to go off and stop it before it does... If I don't set my alarm I am usually late even though the alarm never wakes me up, I think the thought of the alarm going off wakes me up. |

i dont have a microwave but i know how it would feel like...i heard it before.
 thats temper and holding on before something knocks your nerves out,not addiction.. i handle any kinds of beeps or sounds actually,i think. i handled it before. with time,things could make anyone nervous. so i say its normal. milions of other people do the same.
