It's not a problem. It's okay to feel like doing that every day. As long as it doesn't get in the way of every day tasks, and you stop going out because of it. You're fine.

Like Tayla Jay said, as long as it doesn't get in the way of everyday things, it's not a problem. But if it does, I suggest seeing a doctor, and seeing what they can do for you.

When I was younger, my sex drive was through the roof. I jacked off almost 4 times a day. At one point I did 12 times in one day.

Over time I just practiced self control. Try finding an alternative to keep you busy.

I found hanging out with friends, mountain biking, etc keeps my mind at ease.

Video games don't work so well as you are in your room/house and not that far away from being able to jack off.

Try distancing yourself from your usual jack off lair (room, bathroom, aunts bathroom, behind the apollo 11 in the museum, etc)

Using it to sleep is pretty common actually. And pretty smart, definitely better than popping sleeping pills, nyquil or melatonin every night like me. But natural sleep is the best.

It sounds normal to me...This is going to sound really weried expecially coming from a girl but I masterbate anywhere from 1-10 times a day...but I have a long history of sexual abuse and have gotten told that is why I do it so much but who knows... So trust me if you only do it once or twice a day it is normal and not a problem at all. Once it gets to the point where I am then you might have a problem.

Doctors are there to help you, not to hurt you. There are specialty doctors for these kind of things.

I'm not going to ask for numbers, but say you do it about 4 times a day, limit yourself to 3/day for the week, then 2/day for the week, then 1/day for the last week

Same, i cant sleep without it unless i am very sleepy. wich doesnt happen during the night

I think there is a difference between a habit and an addiction. It sounds like masturbating it just something that is comfortable to you. As long as it doesn't interfere with school or work or anything, I think you are fine. But if you are really worried about it, try limiting the number of times a day you do it by one for a couple weeks and see how you feel. If you are still self-conscious, you can cut down more.
