i am a 15 year old girl. i have been watch porn and masterbating since i was 12. i can go days with out it but when i do its all i think about. i matserbate 8 times a day for really long periods and i can watch porn of hours and hours at a time what should i do ? is this normal. i cant really tell my parents.

It's completely fine for you to want to watch porn and to masturbate. I think you might do it a bit too excessively, to which I would advise a little help. It's okay to masturbate, but you shouldn't allow it to take over your life.
Right now, your hormones are going crazy and this is what it 'makes' you do, and that's fine. Just try to distract yourself sometimes, so that you're not doing it all the time. Take care. |

It's completely normal to watch porn and to masturbate but if it starts to take over your day/life a little too much then I would consider getting help or attempting to cut down on the amount of times you do it by distracting yourself or keeping yourself busy so you can't.

HI ! Yes, like the other posters have said, it's fine. Seems like you go thru cycles which is als fine. It just hormones. Again, just do let it take over your life

I agree with above. At 15 hormones are crazy and your going to be curious, so its perfectly normal. Its a part of life. However if it does start causing problems in your life, then I would get help. Just try not to overdo it and you will be just fine.

It's 100 % normal and fine. Just when you start to do it a lot and it's all you can think about, that's where It's kind of not normal.
But then again, like someone said above at this age your hormones are going crazy, so It could just be normal for you age. But maybe talking to a counselor or an adult you trust about this may help?  |
