Heyy i think i'm becoming addicted to masterbating, i mean it doesnt make me drop everything and get off or anything but generally before bed, like i cant sleep until i have done it, i usually do it about 2-3 even 4 times aday, i think i have an anxeity disorder, i think about my life and end up worrying am i normal, witch is nearly at the point of bringing on anxceity attacks witch i hate more than anything. I dont like the evenuallty that i'm guna die i get really worried. likeo get tired i think OMG i'm guna pass out or if my head hurts it's a brain tumor or if it's a pain in the chest it's a heart attack. I'm terrifred about death. Please help even writing this is causing some anxciety.

Hey, Phil. Well, for starters, masturbation is normal. If you're concerned about the amount you're participating in the activity, you could try to slow it. Maybe replace it with some other form of a coping mechanism, because it seems that may be what you're using it as. I like to journal. Maybe you could try writing or listening to music. Maybe even reading. Taking some 'you' time could be enough.
As for your other concerns, I can understand where that would be stressful and I wonder if your masturbation could be a result of trying to release some of that anxiety. Perhaps you could talk to a parent or someone you trust about those feelings. They could help you figure out the next step. Your concerns are totally valid, but if they're controlling your life, it's probably an issue. Overall, it seems pretty normal to be going through those feelings. Being a teenager can be stressful in and of itself. Just take care of yourself.
