Nail Picking -

Heh... -.-' I hate it. I pick at my nails when I get nervous or stressed, and now I just can't stop. I'm doing it all the time. I want my nails to grow out so I can make them look really pretty, but I don't know how to get myself to stop picking at them until the edges are shredded.
 I want long, healthy nails, not short torn-up ones! Any advice on how to stop?

i pick my nails too, i dont really know why i pick them i just do, maybe when you want to pick them keep your hands busy fiddle with your sleeve or something instead or play with your phone.

I always pick them when I am anxious. Try getting some really disgusting tasting clear nail varnish. :]
